My double oven is 13/14 years old and has only been professionally cleaned once and that was 3 years ago so was well overdue for a makeover.
I found booking via the website very user friendly and easy to navigate with the pricing structure clear. On arrival the technician was appropriately attired in clean overalls and was polite and friendly, he introduced himself before assessing the double ovens and explained what he was going to do using a non corrosive product. All panels, rails, grill tray, fan and shelvings were removed and taken out to the van for soaking and then the ovens interior and doors were thoroughly cleaned. The technician went the extra mile to remove the bulb cover to change the bulb with one I’d bought online.
I’m really pleased with the end result inside and out, it looks like I have bought a new double oven and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and recommend to family and friends but won’t be leaving it for so long next time.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I could not be happier with the results. The grime reaper arrived punctual, and delivered a throughly professional service. I have a double oven, the grime reaper cleaned both and changed both light bulbs in my oven at no extra cost, just an example of going above and beyond my expectations.
